overleaf-lab - self-hosted Overleaf deployment

The self-hosted Overleaf editor with live PDF preview, editing the CEAS 2025 paper.
Project overview
overleaf-lab is an open-source project that sets up a self-hosted Overleaf (Community Edition) with a single command. I built it while running the self-hosted services of the Microsatellites and Space Microsystems Laboratory, to give students and interns a shared LaTeX environment without per-seat licences.
What it does
- One-command installation of a self-hosted Overleaf instance.
- Zotero integration for references.
- An admin dashboard for managing the deployment.
- Documentation covering installation, configuration, and public exposure.
- Tested on Ubuntu 24; built with Shell, Python, and HTML.
